Welcome to De’Mak Cake Bouquet. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Availability
• All orders must be placed a minimum of three(3) days in advance.

• Custom orders, colour schemes, and special design requests must be approved prior to confirmation.

• De’Mak Cake Bouquet reserves the right to decline any order that cannot be fulfilled to our quality and design standards.

Payments

• We accept E-Transfer,cash and online payments.

• Full payment is required to secure and confirm all orders.

• Orders will not be prepared until payment has been received and verified.

Delivery

• Delivery is available throughout Toronto and GTA area.

• Delivery fees are calculated from our location at Bathurst & Eglinton to the delivery address provided.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information is accurate and complete.

• A recipient must be available to accept the order at the scheduled delivery time.

• De’Mak Cake Bouquet is not responsible for delays resulting from weather conditions, traffic, building access restrictions, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Pickup

• Customers are required to arrive at the agreed pickup time.

• Uber pickups and third-party courier services pickups are not accepted.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Once an order has been confirmed, payments are non-refundable.

• In the unlikely event that De’Mak Cake Bouquet is unable to fulfill an order, a full refund will be issued.

Product Care & Responsibility

• Cupcake bouquets should be stored in a cool environment away from direct sunlight and heat.

• De’Mak Cake Bouquet is not responsible for damage resulting from improper transportation, handling, storage, or consumption after pickup or after delivery.

Design Disclaimer

• Each bouquet is handcrafted and unique.

• While every effort is made to match reference images, exact replication cannot be guaranteed.

• Colours, floral styles, decorative elements, and arrangements may vary slightly while maintaining the overall aesthetic and quality of the design.

Allergy Notice

• Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Photography & Marketing
De’Mak Cake Bouquet reserves the right to photograph completed orders and use images for promotional, advertising, website, and social media purposes.

Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with De’Mak Cake Bouquet, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
